At Quantum Apps Digital Laboratory, our mission is simple: help people and businesses move from idea to implementation without the usual constraints. Whether it’s designing a clean, responsive website for a new business or building powerful mobile apps that solve real problems, we’re building from the ground up, and we need more hands, more minds, and more thinkers.
From our home base in Lagos, Nigeria, we’re scaling fast. With strategic roles opening in Canada and the US, we’re expanding our global reach and deepening our capacity to serve clients in more markets. This means new opportunities, new challenges, and an open door for skilled professionals who are hungry for meaningful work. If you want to be part of a team that values speed, precision, and purpose this is the place.
What Drives Us
We started Quantum Apps Digital Laboratory, with a clear purpose: to make digital transformation affordable, practical, and effective for small businesses and emerging brands. Since then, we’ve evolved into a lean but deeply capable team, solving real-world problems through design and code.
Everything we do is grounded in three values:
Excellence Over Hype: We don’t sell dreams. We deliver working systems.
Integrity Over Trend: We commit to timelines, speak with honesty, and build with precision.
Growth Over Comfort: We make room for learning curves, fresh ideas, and reinvention for our clients and our team.
If you thrive in an environment where craft matters more than corporate theatrics, you’ll fit in.

Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is essential. Experience in SaaS or digital service firms is a plus.
Business Developer
Your job is to drive B2B growth across African and international markets. You’ll generate leads, develop pitch decks, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce). We’re looking for a deal-closer with a strong understanding of digital product positioning, SaaS pricing models, RFP processes, and strategic partnership development. Bonus if you have a background in web or mobile product sales.
Grant Writer
We need a grant writer with proven experience securing funding from tech-focused grantmakers (e.g. Google for Startups, African Development Bank, USAID). You’ll lead proposal development, draft concept notes, create budgets with the finance team, and liaise with institutional donors. Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives with logic frameworks (LFA) and familiarity with submission platforms (Grants.gov, Devex, Proposal Central) is required.
Receptionist
This role is about precision and presence. You’ll manage front-desk operations, handle inbound calls with a professional demeanor, coordinate courier logistics, and support event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Experience with digital scheduling tools like Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, and basic knowledge of CRM systems for visitor logging is a bonus.
Human Resources Manager
Lead our HR strategy from hiring to performance reviews. You’ll design JDs, run ATS platforms (e.g. Workable, BambooHR), manage onboarding flows, administer benefits, and conduct employee satisfaction assessments. Strong understanding of Nigerian labour law, remote HR policy design, and experience with tools like Slack, Notion, and HRIS platforms is expected.
Project Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who can work under Agile or hybrid project models to support large-scale tech rollouts. You’ll update sprint boards (Jira, Trello), track resource allocation, organize stand-ups, and prep status reports for delivery leads. Understanding of PM frameworks like RACI, Gantt charts, and experience managing digital product timelines are key.
Research Analyst
Your work will feed directly into product and marketing strategy. You’ll design and run user research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and persona development. Strong command of Excel, Google Data Studio, or Tableau for reporting is expected. Bonus if you’ve worked with UX research tools like Maze, Hotjar, or Typeform.
Customer Support Specialist
Own the post-launch user experience. You’ll manage support tickets through Zendesk or Freshdesk, write and maintain a help center (Notion or Intercom), and escalate bugs to QA or devs with clear documentation. Ability to use screen recording tools (Loom, Scribe) for issue reproduction is key. Experience supporting SaaS products or mobile apps is highly preferred.
Product, Design and Development Roles
UI/UX Designer
You’ll lead UI systems and UX flows across multiple platforms. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Marvel or ProtoPie is expected. You must be fluent in auto-layouts, component libraries, and WCAG accessibility standards. Experience with design handoff using Zeplin or DevMode, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for feasibility assessments is a plus.
DevOps Engineer
Your job is to optimize the SDLC. You’ll manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins), write infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Ansible, and handle Kubernetes clusters on AWS/GCP. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and log management with ELK or Loki is essential.
Quality Assurance Tester
You’ll write test plans, regression scripts, and run both manual and automated tests. Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter is required. You’ll work closely with devs to document bugs in Jira and ensure full coverage across devices and browsers using BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Technology Stack & Tools
We don’t get married to tools. We pick what works for the job. That said, some tools and frameworks show up a lot across our projects:
· Frontend: React, Vue, Tailwind CSS
· Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel
· Mobile: React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
· Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean
· DevOps: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
· Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase
· AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs
We also integrate tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, and Slack to manage workflow, design handoffs, documentation, and team communication. Expect to work in systems that are well-documented and tightly managed. If you’re tool-agnostic but method-driven, you’ll do well here.
